The DEMA Virtual Chapter invites all fellow Private Service Professionals for an afternoon of networking and information. Please join us for Part 2 of our Project Management Series, when we discuss Managing Expectations and Delays with guest Sara Heslington.

As President of Heslington’s  Sara Heslington provides Luxury Hospitality Consultant services to UHNW clients. Sara has 17 years experience in luxury goods and services, beginning as a French chef and baker for a celebrity cake designer and luxury resorts in California.  She then transitioned into Private service, with a lengthy role as a Personal Assistant and House Manager. Sara has since capped off her training with a Master’s degree in Luxury Hospitality Management in London and found her passion for setting up new homes and overseeing remodels.

In her presentation Sara will discuss:

  • Understanding expectations
  • Communicating expectations
  • Recovering from failure to meet expectations

Following the presentation, attendees will be able to meet and network with colleagues from around the world to share ideas and thoughts about career topics.
